Our aim is for our to team to be representative of our community and reflect the diversity of our membership. It is important to us that each team member, volunteer and board member feels respected and able to give their best.

7 We understand that responsibilities include our whole team conducting themselves in a way which promotes equal opportunities in employment, and prevents bullying, harassment, victimisation and unlawful discrimination. We understand that we must reflect these behaviours in all that we do both whilst engaged in FetLor activates or in a personal capacity.
8 FetLor offers opportunities for training, development and progress to all staff. We do all we can to help and encourage our team to develop to their full potential. This supports FetLor as individual talents and resources can be fully utilised to maximise our efficiency and community impact.
